We utilize meticulously chosen Mizunara oaks from Hokkaido, cultivated amidst the pristine waters of Mt. Daisetsu and the challenging natural environment.These carefully selected oaks serve as the initial planks for the entire production process,including felling,plant inspection, log peeling, wood drying,processing,cutting, and the creation of our wooden products. We oversee every step of the process, ensuring the highest quality from the selection of the trees to the final product formation.

Air Pressure Inspection
In the air pressure inspection process, 30-40 liters of water is injected into the dowel hole on the side of the barrel. Gradually increasing the air pressure, we elevate it to 0.8-3 bar,maintaining this pressure for approximately 10-15 minutes. This thorough procedure, carried out with a combination of expert craftsmanship and advanced machinery, attests to the high skill level of our artisans. The careful handwork and advanced technology employed in this process guarantee that our barrels are both leak-proof and resistant to impact.
